 Mixer Temperature Control Units available in every size and duty. We supply mixer temperature control units to the OEM manufacturers for both new and rebuilt applications. Systems are designed in two or three zone configurations with separate zone controls for mixer rotors and sides.

- Close or long coupled pump & motor sets.
- Electric immersion heating with on/off and/or modulating control with solid state or SCR heater controls.
 Steam heated shell & tube, gasketed plate & frame, brazed plate, or welded plate heat exchangers with all necessary steam supply and condensate components. All heat exchangers are ASME code stamped.- Cooling heat exchangers in shell & tube, gasketed plate & frame, brazed plate, or welded plate heat exchangers for closed loop cooling. All heat exchangers are ASME code stamped.
- Open loop cooling via direct injection from the cooling source into the process recirculation loop.
- Heating and cooling control valves in on/off solenoid or pneumatic modulating control valves.
- Open to atmosphere or bladder expansion tank for closed loop cooling systems.
- Piping materials and components in carbon steel, 304 & 316 stainless steel or malleable iron fittings.
- Single loop PID temperature controllers and PLC rack controls with power supply, micro-processor, analog & digital input and output cards with touch screen operator interfaces.
